H-drol Prohormone Supplements in Stock!

Whether you hope to enjoy the sensation of larger muscles or a more lean physique, prohormone supplements are designed to assist with a physical overhaul unlike anything you have ever experience. Your body is designed to run off specific hormone, chemical, and nutritional signals. By manipulating those signals, you can help to drive your body toward the physical goal you wish to achieve. Prohormone supplements and other muscle building products are designed to assist with this physical drive.

There are countless retailers that can offer you a legal muscle builder supplement, such as Andro. If you wish to purchase Androstenedione, be sure to look around until you find it for a discounted price. Supplements can cost you a pretty penny, and the last thing you want is a broken bank. Your body is vitally important, but so is your financial health. There are plenty of places that sell prohormone supplements for discounted prices. Seek these out until you find the one you desire, and never settle for a second-rate offer.

Buying a muscular enhancer is no different than an investment, except it is an investment into your body and physique. You are dedicating money toward the betterment of your internal and external system. Of course, similar to any investment, you cannot expect your muscle building products to work without some input on your end. There has to be a give and take relationship between you and the supplements going into your system. This give and take comes from dieting and exercise, which is mainly left up to you.

Countless muscle building supplements are designed to help enhance your physique and muscular form. While they may appear to be expensive, your body is worth the price. If you have desired a more attractive figure and finally wish to take the first step, muscle building products give you the chance to take a huge leap. As long as you continue to keep the motivation going, prohormone supplements will be there to help along the way. This is a journey that will take time, dedication, and persistence, and you must be willing to change. I would suggest h-drol as my favorite prohormone.

Your lifestyle is going to go through an extreme metamorphosis throughout your workout experience. The combined effect of diet, exercise, and prohormone supplements may be the exact thing that you need to finally gain an upper-hand on your muscular physique. Talk to your doctor and see if muscle building supplements are appropriate for you.

Five Signs That You May Be Exercising Too Much

Exercising is a great thing, but, as with any great thing, you can easily overdo it. Instead of exercise benefiting and complementing your body, it is potentially harming it and causing irreversible damage. There are five signs that you can look for to ensure that you are not overexerting your body.

1. Meal Control: There is nothing worse than denying your body the vital nutrients it needs to thrive and continue growing. If you completely stop eating, or focus only on fat-free meals, you are going to potentially damage your body through the lack of nutritional building blocks. Your system will consume its own muscular tissue for protein, decreasing your bodily progress.

2. Pain: “No pain, no gain,” that’s how the saying goes, but you should never take it too far. Just because you feel pain does not mean you should push through it. That pain is a reminder that your body may be reaching its limit, and you can only push so far before you reach the breaking point. Give yourself a breather, let your muscles recuperate, and then hit lighter set of weights.

3. Social Sacrifices: Being passionate about any hobby is going to cause some drifting between your friends and yourself, but never let it get out of control. Dedicate some time for your social life every week and follow through on it. If you feel guilt about the event, remember, these are the people that will support you when you need it. They have been there for you, so you should be there for them.

4. Guilt: There is nothing wrong with feeling guilty when you missed a workout session. Maybe life got too crazy and you simply could not find time, whatever, it happens to the best of us. But, you should not feel guilty if you did not meet your daily two hour workout mark. Two hours every single day is a lot of strain on the body. If this is something you are experiencing, talk to a doctor about the safety precautions you should be taking.

5. Body Pain: Working out and exercising uses up a ton of energy and nutrients. This leaves your body susceptible to pain and sickness. If you find yourself experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, give yourself a break for a bit and take it easy. Your body needs some time to recover.

How to Stay on a Diet

No one ever said that staying fit and thin is simple. In fact, your weight may be the hardest thing to control. You must tame your own natural urges to consume high calorie foods, and you have to focus your diet on vegetables, fruits, and lean meats. With so many individuals failing to remain on a dietary plan, we want to help you stay on track with some simple tips and suggestions. Whether you want to stay healthy or lose weight, we are here to help you learn how to stay on a diet.

  1. Your doctor is going to be your best friend during this period of dieting. Their medical opinion can help ensure that you remain on a balanced, nutritious diet. If you request it, they will plan out a diet plan that includes the needed nutrients to get to the weight you want, while keeping your personal health in mind.
  2. Keep a list of what foods you consume. Mark down the calorie content of each item.
  3. Never guess on the amount of portions in your food. Use exact measurements.
  4. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. This will keep your stomach full and your body hydrated. Avoid drinking canned or frozen juices – they are often extremely high in carbohydrates.
  5. Before you eat breakfast, eat a small portion of fresh fruit or vegetables. This will get your metabolic system working even before you eat your first large meal of the day.
  6. To avoid snacking, set designated times for you to eat a formal meal. You will retrain your brain to consume large portions at set intervals throughout the day – it is classic conditioning at its best.
  7. If you ever find yourself sitting for a prolonged period of time, do something with your hands, like knitting, crocheting, or drawing. This will at least keep some part of your body active.
  8. Give yourself one day per week to cheat away from your diet. This prevents your body from falling into a stagnant metabolic routine.
  9. When your body has become stabilized to its new found diet, utilize a dietary aide, or a diet pill, to maximize your chances of remaining diligent to your weight loss.

As a parting note, never put your trust in popularized diets. There is a reason they are heavily marketed and often cost you loads of money to join – they are in it for the money. Stick with your doctor’s advice and you will be fine.

Do you have a Body Building Plan?

There are countless supplement companies out there trying to snatch people up under their advertisements and unmitigated claims. This is nothing something you want to fall prey to. Instead, you should be using your head and planning out how to get yourself the better body you want. If you are ready to take the first step into the world of fitness, or you are looking for a way to improve on your physique, here are three simple steps for you:

  • Diet

Before you even start to exercise, or even think about exercising, you need to focus on your diet. No pill, or pills, can replace the conventional foods you have come to enjoy throughout your life, but you need to learn how to manage them. Obviously, you should not be downing ice cream and soda for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You need the nutrients that will get you the results you want. To do this, you should plan out your meals ahead of time, even if it is only a couple days in advance. This will help you maintain focus on the overarching goal: your health and your body.

  • Exercise

To build muscle and burn fat, you need to move around and do stuff. This could be running, lifting weights, cleaning the house, shoveling snow, or raking leaves, all it has to do is get your muscles working. The more you move around and perform repetitive motions, the harder it becomes for your muscles to actually perform those movements. This is how muscle growth is encouraged: you move a muscle until it becomes tired, but you continue anyway, forcing it to push beyond its usual state. Now you have induced some muscular activity that may promote muscle growth.

  • Supplements

Only when you have managed a healthy balance of diet and exercise should you move into the realm of supplements. You must create the internal environment capable of utilizing the nutrients and ingredients in the supplements to actually see the results that you want. Plus, the supplements are designed to ‘supplement’ your workout abilities, not hand you the results you want on a golden platter. When you want to get some serious muscular growth going on, grab some supplements and continue maintaining a healthy routine of diet and exercise. Your body will be one step closer to the perfection you dream about.

Is Your Summer Shape Up Program On Track?

Wednesday, June 16, 2010 @ 02:06 PM
posted by Leslie Rae

Summer fitness is alive and well. Looking at any number of fitness magazines you can see that is clear. The pages are filled with beach themed workouts demonstrating various exercises that promise to tone and tighten everything from arms and back to legs and tummies.

The articles want you to think with a few easy, light weight moves with give you bodies like the models featured. The reality of the situation is that unless you were blessed with amazing genetics, you have to work hard to achieve the body you want. You will have to sweat to burn fat and you will have to move weight to build muscle.

This is not the same as if your goals were to be a bodybuilder. So many women are afraid of lifting weights because they do not want to “get bit.” It won’t happen unless you dedicate your life to it! Lifting moderate-heavy weights will not produce bodybuilder-ish muscles over night.

If you happen to be one of the few who develop muscle tissue easily, you will have warning. Even the best muscular genetics do not produce results over night.

Something else that will help moderate your goals is your nutrition. Just because you are working out for an hour a day doesn’t mean you can or should start eating more (unless you weren’t eating enough). Many people think because they are working out they can afford to eat more. That just isn’t the case. When you are working out, the average number of calories that are burned are not as high as you would think. A 140 pound woman running a constant 7 min mile for an hour only burns 740 calories. Unless you are running hard for an hour, skip the extra treat! There are many supplements designed for the exact fitness goal you have and will help you reach yours quicker.

If your goal is to have a nice lean, toned physique, you will have to pick up the weights or do some type of resistance/strength training. Just being a cardio queen and spending your workout on the treadmill will produce a skinnier version of where you already are; the term is skinny fat.

By simply adding three days of strength training (it can even be one of those power-flex classes), you will receive much better results. Another thing to keep in mind is that it is better to do your cardio after your strength training if you are training both in the same day.

Make sure you are working hard at what ever you do or you might as well be window shopping. If it were easy, there wouldn’t be such a need for article after article to get fit.

Get Back In The Game With Sports Supplements

Growing up I have played about every sport that there is. I remember waking up early and spending the entire day just playing and I can’t recall every being tired or wanting to stop. Now it is a completely different story. One trip up and down the basketball court and I am seeing little yellow dots and gasping for air.

I do have several more years on me now but I still want to have fun and be competitive while I am playing the games that I love. Being in pain and having no energy made me not even want to play anymore, that is until I started using sports supplements.

The Age Game:

Lack Of Energy

Soreness

Stamina and Recovery

One of my biggest problems was lack of energy. I just couldn’t keep going without having to take a break. My new favorite sports supplements is creatine. My creatine of choice is Kre-Alkalyn. Kre-Alkalyn offers me creatine which is 100% stable, will not break down into creatinine, and will absorb efficiently into the bloodstream. 1 gram of Kre-Alkalyn is equivalent to ingesting 10 grams of Creatine powder. This means you can take less and get even more dynamic results.

Another dilemma I faced in my comeback to athletics was how sore I felt the next day. I sometimes couldn’t even work properly the day following a good workout. I researched this problem and found that there is a sports supplement for this too. I use a product called E2 Hydro. E2 Hyrdro keeps my muscles hydrated during workout which tremendously decreases the amount of soreness in the morning. It is also full of antioxidants which helps keep my blood clean without toxins during strenuous exercise. I am now able to go out and play my hardest and actually be able to feel useful the following day!

The final sports supplements that I have incorporated into my routine are good Pre and Post workout formulas.

A proper Pre-Workout Formula will provide you with the focus you need to perform productively at peak levels. I use a product called SMASH

• Maximizes Cell Volumizeing Pump
• Ramps Up Muscular Strength
• Increases Mental Alertness and Focus to Get you Zoned
• Amplifies Energy Levels and Feelings of Wellbeing
• Reduces Fatigue to Keep you Jacked
• Decreases Lactic Acid and Ammonia Levels to Alleviate Muscle Burn
• Increases Endurance, Perfect for Any Athlete
• Flavored with Sucralose, not Aspartame
• Low in Carbohydrates

If you can find the right Pre Workout sports supplement for you then it really is a game changer. Once I take my pre workout sports supplement my body know that it’s time to perform. The feeling that I don’t want to do this today, or I’m just too tired all goes out the window with the motivation that a good pre-workout drink can provide.

The right Post Workout sports supplement is very important as well. For this I use Evolution X10. A good Post Workout formula is all about RECOVERY. You want something that will deliver nutrients to your body that will assist in repairing stress from a tough workout.

Evolution X10 Can Help With:

• muscle strength
• power output
• protein synthesis
• recovery time
• slow muscle protein breakdown

I am back in full force now playing with the teenagers and early 20 somethings and holding my own. I feel better about my ability to keep up and I am actually having fun again! If you are a bit older and want to recapture some of your former glory then go out right now a pick up some sports supplements. Look out kids!

Who Needs Pro-Hormones?

Friday, March 26, 2010 @ 02:03 PM
posted by Big Red Hulk

What has happened to Pro-hormones? Many people call in and are looking for something to replace what they once could get so easily. It seems that all that is left on the market are products that have estrogenic, androgenic effects, and let us not forget the horrible gonad pain.

So what’s next, do you turn to actual Steroids?

Besides the fact that it’s illegal, you have to inject it, and I doubt that many of you know how to inject anything. Luckily I did some research for you guys and came across a great and exciting test booster.

(25R) – 4-Spirosten-3b,6b-diol: The plant 4-Spirosten analogs appear to have the potential for mild aromatization thus aiding synergistically in mass gain oriented product designs. In the original testing (and according to the Russians) the structure overall was a good standalone compound for weight and strength gain support but in our opinion was best when we augmented Bad Ass Mass™ with synergists like any stack. Does it work? Well, we have a patent pending on it at the moment so we obviously think so.

(25R) -5- Alpha-Spirostan-6-one-3b-ol: Here is an interesting non-aromatizing compound that the Russians bragged a bit about as being superior for strength and hardness. Personally (and I do not blame other sharp researchers for continuing to doubt its value) I noted an increase in hardness, strength and libido after about the first week of use.

Now if you combine this with an estrogen inhibitors like 6-Bromidine, you will notice pro-hormone gains without all the side effects.

6-Bromodione: There are two types of estrogen aromatase inhibitors and application of only one leaves the other pathway open for feminizing potential.

6 alpha-Bromodione is a competitive inhibitor of aromatase enzymes. Basically this means it works by way of binding to the active binding site of the aromatase enzyme resulting in prevention of interaction with other steroids that aromatize like testosterone and the rest of our favorite male androgens. This is great for rapid binding and short term aromatase control, but unfortunately a competitive inhibitor will eventually let go of the enzyme and allow it to do feminizing things to manly hormones. So, only half of the job is done, but it has its important role as well.

6 beta-Bromodione is a mechanism-based irreversible inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme. An irreversible aromatase inhibitor is also referred to as a suicide inhibitor. It’s pretty cool in that it acts similar to a competitive inhibitor in the way it binds, but like a pissed-off ex-girlfriend, it is both highly selective and it will not let go until death do they part.

So, now you know what to mix together what should you expect?

-         firmer and tighter skin

-         a boost in strength

-         an increase in libido

-         NO side effects!

You may be asking, ‘Where can I find these amazing products?’. Well to get 25R you can find it in Bad Ass Mass by ALRI, Mass FX by Anabolic Xtreme, and E-Bol by Thermolife. The 6-Bromidine can be found in Restore by ALRI, Advanced PCT by Anabolic Xtreme.

To get top notch results, take 25R for two months with 6-bromidine, and thn take the 6-Bromidine one month after. Take up to two months off after this three month cycle.

A Jumpstart For Weight Loss & Exercise Program

This week I have been thinking about getting some extra help to jumpstart my weight loss plan and looking into products with ephedra.

Ephedra is a well-known often used weight loss ingredient that is used to burn fat. It also goes by the name of Ma Huang. In the past, there was a fair amount of controversy surrounding this ingredient, since many health experts said it was unsafe to use in large does. However, since 2004 it is now available on the market again, and was originally used for asthma sufferers.

Many Ephedra-based products were taken off the market, because the dosages were to high, but consumers may still find supplements with Ephedra present in the formula. It wasn’t so long ago that this ingredient was one of the most popular fat-loss ingredients sold on the market; it is now back, look for those products that contain, 10mg, which has always been shown to be extremely effective and safe.

I went online to supplementstogo and the ones I found that seemed to be popular these days were Hydroxytrol , and Metabatrol which are manufactured by Foundation Nutraceuticals, Yellow Bullets from MedStar Nutraceuticals, and Green Stinger which is made by Schwartz Labs.

I am not sure at this point which one I will choose so if anyone else has any special preferences I would appreciate the input.

Why Is Colon Cleansing So Important?

Thursday, January 29, 2009 @ 06:01 AM
posted by Phil

Cleansing your body or colon is natural. Your body is made to cleanse itself, but it needs help. Here’s why…

The general theory is that if you consume things you don’t need, such as toxins, your body will simply eliminate them because that is what it is designed to do. Your liver, kidneys and intestines are made for this purpose. But then, how do you gain weight?

If you eat too much food or eat too much of the wrong foods like junk foods, fried foods, foods with white flour and sweets, you gain weight. Your body did not eliminate what it did not need. It stored it instead. Now you have excess weight, extra fat, and maybe even other health issues such as brain fog, fatigue and even depression. This is proof that your body did not eliminate what was not used.

Your body may even convert excess glucose and amino acids (or proteins) into fat cells. Your body did not need this excess, it did not eliminate it, instead it converted it into fat cells and stored it. Why would this happen?

Your body is designed to digest a certain amount of food at one time. What is not digested may be eliminated. But when the body gets over-burdened from toxic overload and too much food that it can’t digest, then it will not do any job efficiently. It does need help. Add to this the fact that there are numerous – like thousands – of environmental toxins that you come into contact with each day. There is perchlorate in most drinking water, mercury in fish, bleach in water, food colorings, preservatives known to cause cancer such as BHA and BHT found in common foods, and the list goes on.

Put all this together with our sub-standard diets and you can see that your body needs help. This is when it may be time to cleanse your colon or your body.

Food or herbal supplements also help your body and colon cleanse. A good cleansing program will provide extra fiber to help soften and eliminate built up waste. The herbs usually found in a good program provide extra nutrition that is nature made so your body can absorb it. This extra boost of nutrition gives your body what it needs to make sure all organs of elimination are working.

Choosing the right herbal colon cleansing supplement can greatly benefit and expedite your cleansing efforts. Do not use a laxative because that is a toxin. Find a cleansing supplement that has mainly natural ingredients.
