Still Fat? Find Out Why Not Eating is Making You Fat

I eat once a day…
I don’t eat much…
I only eat veggies…
I eat less than 1000 calories…
And I STILL have a lot of fat!

One of the biggest misconceptions in dieting is that you can lose stored fat on a super calorie restricted diet. This theory couldn’t be more inaccurate! In fact, nearly the opposite will happen.

Our bodies are designed to be able to survive long periods of time without food (had they not, we would not have survived through time). That’s why we have our fat stores, which actually act as our survival energy depots. This feature however, is not a quality that many of us like. We slave to keep our body fat low and bodies tight.

To keep our body fat levels low, we have to intake just enough calories throughout the day. This way the body (the smart machine that it is) thinks there is no reason to start preserving its favorite source of energy – the fat. But, we also have to be careful to not over ingest. If we eat more calories than out body needs to function, it will store the excess calories in fat stores for future use.

So you may be wondering, why you would want to chance over eating and why eating once a day or little at all is causing fat? I mean shouldn’t eating less make sure you don’t store fat if you body is burning calories all day?

Sadly, the answer is no! If you are not consuming the number of calories you body needs to function, it goes into a starvation mode.

Starvation Mode = Fat Gain + Muscle Loss

Your body is designed to take calories from sources that require too many to maintain if it is in starvation mode. Fat stores are easy to maintain. Muscle tissue requires far more calories to upkeep. So, when you are not eating enough, your body preserves itself by breaking down muscle tissue. It kills two birds with one stone:

  • gets energy for function
  • reduces the total calorie need by reducing the total muscle mass

In order to know how many calories you need to consume, it is important to know how many calories you burn. You can figure that out with a few tools and guidelines and some math. This fine line is hard to define and even harder to walk, but once you know where it is, you will be able to better control what happens with your body and how much fat you store.

Once you figure out the number of calories you need in a day, spread them out over 5-6 small meals. This doesn’t mean if you eat French fries at one meal and a snow cone at another you will lose stored fat. Naturally, you have to eat a clean diet, including proper amounts of each nutrient (fat, protein, and carbohydrates). A general recommendation for someone who is healthy and exercising regularly is:

  • 45%-Carbohydrates
  • 35%-Protein
  • 20%-Fat

Ensuring that your meals are balanced and your calories are on target and spread out will help you control how much fat your body stores. Exercise will help make sure what is left looks like you want it to: tight and toned.

Lose Fat, Lose Weight, Look Great

Weight loss is a goal that many gym goers have…but more specifically it is generally fat loss that is truly desired. Losing weight will happen if you are losing fat, but the numbers may not be equal. You can lose 10 pounds of fat and only drop 5 pounds on the scale.  Either way, we need to get the metabolism cranked up and the calories-a-burning!

Since there is just not enough time in the day to hit the gym morning, noon and night, we often have to turn to supplements. Finding one that is designed for your weight/fat loss goals is easy…they are all designed for fat loss, but they won’t all work at the same levels. Here are two new products designed for the serious individual, looking to lose fat and look great!!

Perhaps the Fastest-Acting fat burner is Flash Point by iSatori. After nine years of extensive research and development, collaborating with the leading minds in scientific delivery, iSatori Technologies introduces the first sublingual fat burner that’s as powerful as it is fast! FLASH POINT bypasses the stomach and dissolves under your tongue, to start working instantly. Within 33 seconds, to be exact.

One of the best rated products is Spirodrene, a formula that is comparable to prescription formula. Spirodrene uses Pharmaceutical-Grade Technology to attack the problem, and shed the fat. This product has been in research and development for over three years, and you can expect nothing but superior results. Its sustained release formula will ramp up your metabolism, while inducing insane energy.

Get Beyond Ripped

One Smokin’ Deal! When my boss told me that the Sub-Q was going to be 30% off, I was like, “that’s a better deal than I get!” If I was trying to rip up, I would have to clear off the shelf of this awesome product. Now I know that a lot of you like your ‘ephedra,’ but this formula is meant for the athlete, the person who goes to the gym with a purpose. No Lazies Aloud! Sub-Q combines Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s), with a Fat-Incinerator complex, and a touch of Bioperine for absorption.

For those of you who didn’t know, BCAA’s are essential to new and sustained muscle growth. When having BCAA’s incorporated into your diet and diet pill, you will be able to maintain or gain muscle size and burn fat.

With the Fat-Incinerator complex, you get a multipart/ multidimensional fat burning inferno. When taking three capsules in the morning and three before workouts you will notice and increase in thermogenics as well as a great energy boost.

And lastly the Bioperine. Bioperine is a derivative of pepper that helps your body to absorb more so you are getting everything that you pay for. When you buy things that don’t have Bioperine you don’t get everything that you are buying.

When it comes down to it, this is a great diet pill for the athlete. With the price that you get it for you have nothing to lose (except for fat) and you will gain the look that you want along with defined muscle.
