There is a huge difference between someone trying to workout and someone that actually gets results from their workout. One person is scrawny, weak, thin, but the other person is built, ripped, and athletic. The true different is not found in the workout they perform; it is the supplements they take. Dianobol, or dball, is a groundbreaking Russian supplement offered by Zoe Labs that is safe and effective.

Dianobol is one of the most sought after muscle building supplements on the market. Users have seen an increase in muscle growth and size with minimal water retention. All you have to do is take 2 – 4 throughout the day to maximize these results. It keeps your body working even when you aren’t, so there isn’t a moment wasted. The main issue here, though, is that dball may not be available on the market forever. There are groups and agencies investigating how dball works, so you need to stock up now before it is gone.

Stocking up on dball guarantees that you will have plenty of it to get the true results you want. There is nothing worse than realizing that your favorite muscle building supplement has been taken off the market for one reason or another, so purchasing enough to last you awhile now can save you loads of trouble down the line. Plus you can enjoy the results for the current time and then switch to a similar dball product at a later date.

Dianobol has been praised for its ability to get you the results you want without any of those nasty side effects that come with usual pro-anabolic pills. You can go on enjoying life and your body without worrying about any damage that is being done to your system, which is one of the best parts about purchasing and using dball. Your body can reap the benefits of safe nutrients and you can relax knowing that you have one of the best supplements on the market.

Taking supplements ensures that your body is healthy and fit for your usual daily routines. You could just be someone who enjoys looking great or you could be someone more serious about their physical fitness, but whatever the case you need to make sure that you body is always in the best shape possible. Dball is one of those supplements that can help you get to where you want your body to be.

Are Pro-Hormones Available?

Thursday, August 12, 2010 @ 10:08 AM
posted by Phil

Pro-Hormones went through a rough patch there for awhile. Bans were being handed out like fliers to a bad comedy show on the streets on New York City. Luckily for some of those that enjoyed the insane muscle growth and other health benefits of our pro hormones, these products are making a triumphant comeback!

The good people at Extreme Performance Group have released 3 new pro-hormone formulas. EPG is a quality company that produces potent anabolic compounds that are now once again available to the general public.

The first new pro-hormone they have introduced is called Chlorovar.

Chloravar is a new formula consisting of a combination of a couple of old favorites, Halodrol and 3,2 c Pyrazole. Halodrol was a popular pro-hormone that had users reporting rapid increases in mass, strength and body size. Unfortunately this product was ultimately discontinued. 3,2 c Pyrazole was made popular in a product called Orastan-E.
Orastan-E was labeled as a”proto-hormone”, it helped to increase performance and increase lean muscle mass. It was also discontinued but now you have a solution in Chlorovar.

Benefits of Chlorovar

  • Strength
  • Mass
  • Lean Muscle

Chlorovar also blends two natural ingredients called Chlorella (algae) and Suma (root).

Chlorella is a green algae and is a complete protein. It has also tested positive to support healthy weight control, cancer prevention and immune system support.

Suma, or Brazilian Ginseng, is a root that is known to help support hormonal balance, which is key in any pro hormone cycle. It has also been known to increase libido and has shown rejuvenating effects in some studies.

As always Extreme Performance Group has taken pride in researching the most quality raw materials and natural ingredients to support the function of each pro hormone compound.

The next new prohormone is called Dianavar

Dianavar is a combination of the incredibly popular Superdrol with a blend of Branch Chain Amino Acids.

Dianavar blends 15mg of one of the most popular and effective pro hormone compounds ever to hit the market: Superdrol. Superdrol has been used for years to maximize muscle mass, strength gains, and overall physical performance in athletes. Extreme Performance Group has taken this super compound and blended it with only the finest Brand Chain Amino Acids and Spirulina raw materials.

    Benefits of Dianavar

  • Strength
  • Mass
  • Growth

The last new product by EPG is called Phenylvar

Phenylvar is molded after some of the most infamous pro hormones like Havoc and “epistane”.

Phenylvar promotes lean muscle mass, strength gains and increased endurance in everyday training.

The unique blend of epistane, L-Carnitine Fumarate, Garcinia Cambogia and Green Tea ensure maximum absorption, increased energy and overall accelerated athletic performance!

In a variety of studies L-Carnitine Fumarate has proven to promote fat metabolism, increase endurance, and added support in a healthy functioning heart. After months of research Extreme Performance Group added this amino acid to Phenylvar to make a well-balanced blend of ingredients focused on maximum absorption and maximum results!

    Benefits of Phenylvar

  • Increased Strength
  • Build Lean Muscle
  • Enhanced Endurance

For all of you die hard Pro-Hormone fans, this is great news! You can now find some of your old favorites and discounted prices. Visit WorldClassNutrition.com online or give them a call at 1-800-338-0139.

  • Yellow Bullet Fighting Fat Everywhere

Yellow Bullet diet pills revolutionized the weight loss industry. Delta Health Products formulated Yellow Bullets to offer an effective solution to the FDA’s imposing regulations. When the FDA went on their witch hunt, pulling products that were combating the number one killer of Americans, obesity (heart disease), the weight loss manufactures took a big hit and were left not knowing what to do.

While many companies were sitting on their hands during the inquisition, Delta Health Products went to bat. They read the law and proceeded accordingly.

They made Yellow Bullets the strongest pill meeting each of the FDA’s outlandish regulations so they could continue to help the public in their quest to drop fat and get healthier.

Once Delta Health, bit the bullet and produced a product that worked for the government and the people, it seemed like company after company tried to follow their lead. But, no one has produced a weight loss supplement that compares to the effectiveness sustained by Yellow Bullet.

Yellow Bullet replaced Yellow Swarm, perhaps the most powerful fat burner available before the legal drama erupted. Yellow Bullet has sped into its own popularity high. It offers a high octane boost that allows you to sustain more muscle building exercise at the gym and heightened energy throughout the day!

    Ephedrine: Legal and Available

    Thursday, July 8, 2010 @ 12:07 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

It is not surprising that there is a lot of confusion about ephedrine.

Is it legal? Is it safe? Is it available?

While the answer to all three is yes, it is a little more complicated than that. They are all yes, as long as…answers. Which is exactly where the confusion comes in to play?

    Is ephedrine legal?

Yes, as long as your state hasn’t banned it. The FDA banned the further production of ephedrine. The existing supply is legal to buy, have, sell and take. However, there are some states that have banned the product: Idaho, Nebraska, Texas, Washington State, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Oregon.

The FDA has also maintained that you submit a legal driver’s license prior to purchase. The chief reason is not even the supplementation of ephedrine; it is the use of it in meth production that has so many states banning the purchase.

    Is ephedrine safe?

Yes, as long as you don’t abuse it. Like most anything, exceeding the recommended dosage or taking it in poor health can lead to adverse side affects, up to and including death. BUT, so can aspirin.

Taking it as directed has been proven help in weight management and suppresses asthmatic symptoms. In fact, many would argue that it is safer than the chemical derived replacements, and I would agree.

    Is ephedrine available?

Yes, as long as you know where to look. The most popular form, Vasopro, is becoming obscure. But Vasopro is just a brand name, Proefed, is more readily available and is the same milligram dosage of the same ingredient, ephedrine. Due to the permanent haul in non-prescription production, the price has sky rocketed, but is still flying off the shelves. When it works, it works.

WorldClassNutrition.com is one of the few sites that still carry the sought after product. You can find Proefed, 25mg ephedrine tabs.

    Ephedrine Is Still Legal

    Friday, July 2, 2010 @ 02:07 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

Since the FDA placed a halt on the production and importation of ephedrine in the USA, diet pills have not been the same. For a while there were pockets of Vasopro ephedrine available at high prices, but now, even Vasopro is obscure. There is still ProEfed Ephedrine, it isn’t new, but it is some of the last available ephedrine on the U.S. market.

Ephedrine (derived from the root, as opposed to ephedra, derived from the leaf) was the chief ingredient in all of the original Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, Ripped Fuel, Stacker and many others. It was the “E” in the ECA stacks. Now that the ephedrine has been replaced with an FDA approved (so far) ephedra, the results have not been as dramatic and the satisfaction not as good.

Ephedrine is a bronchodilator that was sold for a long time over the counter as an asthma medicine. It caught the eyes of many after clenbuterol, another asthma medicine, was classified as a Class III substance. Bodybuilders had found that the effects of clenbuterol on losing body fat were top notch, but when their favorite product could only be had illegally, they needed another option.

Companies had begun to research the combination of caffeine, ephedrine and aspirin (ECA), finding it had similar effects to the coveted black market clenbuterol. The ECA stack provided one of the most potent stimulants to ever enter the market. For years, individuals were able to control their weight, maintain high energy levels and reduce food cravings.

When the FDA placed a ban on the production of ephedrine, many were left hopeless. The good news is that in most states, it is still legal to purchase and use ephedrine. You just have to stock up, because once the existing supply is gone there will be no more legal options.

    Diet Pills: Shake the Jitter

    Friday, June 18, 2010 @ 01:06 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

When looking for a solution for weight loss, a common answer is a diet pill, but the question comes down to what kind. There are many effective ones out there, but many times they are filled with stimulants.

Stimulants increase your heart rate and often are accompanied with side-effects that include feeling jittery, lack of focus, and sweating. They are defined as: An agent, especially a chemical agent such as caffeine, which temporarily arouses or accelerates physiological or organic activity.

Stimulants have been proven to be effective in losing stubborn fat, but many people don’t want to voluntarily take something that makes them look and act like they are on something!!

There is a solution! There are many great, effective alternatives to diet pills with stimulants. The problem is that many people over look their effectiveness because they “don’t feel anything.” But, that is the whole point.

Stimulant-Free Diet pills do not contain any caffeine, ephedra, synephrine or other stimulating ingredients. People who are sensitive to the effects of stimulants, such as caffeine, prefer these types of diet pills. Stimulant-free diet pills also do not interfere with sleep and will not cause the jitters.

One of the most talked about supplements for weigh loss that is stimulant-free and all natural on the market today is Acai berry supplements and products. People who are working hard to lose weight claim that they get great results when they take Acai berry supplements and products.

Many people will drink Acai berry supplements in the liquid form as a juice before they head off to the gym for their workout. But if you are one who doesn’t like the taste, there are many people who don’t, you can take an Acai berry supplements in capsule or powdered form.

Acai also helps decrease hunger, and the craving for junk foods is diminished. The need for artificial stimulants is gone if you are supplementing with Acai berry capsules, liquids or powder.

The Acai berry is relatively new in the U.S. but has been used in the rain forests of Brazil as a dietary staple for centuries. Researchers “discovered” it when looking for new medicines to help “turn on” the cells in the body that are used for weight loss. Since then, companies have begun to formulate the precious berry into practical methods to supplement for a natural, stimulant-free approach to weight loss and total health.

Is Your Summer Shape Up Program On Track?

    Wednesday, June 16, 2010 @ 02:06 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

Summer fitness is alive and well. Looking at any number of fitness magazines you can see that is clear. The pages are filled with beach themed workouts demonstrating various exercises that promise to tone and tighten everything from arms and back to legs and tummies.

The articles want you to think with a few easy, light weight moves with give you bodies like the models featured. The reality of the situation is that unless you were blessed with amazing genetics, you have to work hard to achieve the body you want. You will have to sweat to burn fat and you will have to move weight to build muscle.

This is not the same as if your goals were to be a bodybuilder. So many women are afraid of lifting weights because they do not want to “get bit.” It won’t happen unless you dedicate your life to it! Lifting moderate-heavy weights will not produce bodybuilder-ish muscles over night.

If you happen to be one of the few who develop muscle tissue easily, you will have warning. Even the best muscular genetics do not produce results over night.

Something else that will help moderate your goals is your nutrition. Just because you are working out for an hour a day doesn’t mean you can or should start eating more (unless you weren’t eating enough). Many people think because they are working out they can afford to eat more. That just isn’t the case. When you are working out, the average number of calories that are burned are not as high as you would think. A 140 pound woman running a constant 7 min mile for an hour only burns 740 calories. Unless you are running hard for an hour, skip the extra treat! There are many supplements designed for the exact fitness goal you have and will help you reach yours quicker.

If your goal is to have a nice lean, toned physique, you will have to pick up the weights or do some type of resistance/strength training. Just being a cardio queen and spending your workout on the treadmill will produce a skinnier version of where you already are; the term is skinny fat.

By simply adding three days of strength training (it can even be one of those power-flex classes), you will receive much better results. Another thing to keep in mind is that it is better to do your cardio after your strength training if you are training both in the same day.

Make sure you are working hard at what ever you do or you might as well be window shopping. If it were easy, there wouldn’t be such a need for article after article to get fit.

AminoSculpt: Better Body Inside and Out

    Wednesday, May 5, 2010 @ 10:05 AM
    posted by Leslie Rae

AminoSculpt is the only collagen formula with a U.S. Patent for weight loss designed to be taken at night. AminoSculpt supports the body’s metabolism and the loss of body fat and inches while generating a firmer body by maintaining lean muscle tissue.

Specifically taking collagen protein aids in muscle sparing during weight loss. So many diets and regimes results’ are loss of muscle or water. Collagen loses its presence as we age which contributes to a higher fat content. Supplementing with collagen helps the body revisit the environment where our body works best.

Collagen protein contains a unique combination, and ratio, of amino acids (protein), including:

    • glycine
    • proline
    • hydroxyproline
    • arginine (affects the secretion of growth hormone, which helps to produce a deeper sleep and cell generation)

These amino’s are shown to influence:

    • weight loss
    • bone and connective tissue
    • improvement of skin appearance
    • optimal body growth and repair
    • improved metabolism
    • elevation of growth hormone secretion which affects:
      • fat loss/muscle retention
      • energy levels
      • softness and elasticity of the skin
      • improved sleep
    • healing, especially for wounds.

One of the most appealing things about collagen protein is how easy it is to use. There are no fad diets, drugs, harmful stimulants, or pills – just a tablespoon or two of AminoSculpt at night is all it takes.

Collagen is a naturally occurring whole food protein and is completely safe. While typical use is between 5-15 grams (1-3 tablespoons) per day, post-surgical doses of up to 100 grams a day of AminoSculpt® have been used in hospitals, with no side effects.

    Better Skin, Improved Joints and…

Doses of Collagen were originally used by doctors in skin trauma centers and to aid in wound healing because collagen protein affects the quality and appearance of skin, hair and nails, and helps support joint function. Aside from trauma uses men and women who supplement with collagen typically notice an improvement in skin softness, hydration, tone and improvement in the growth and quality of hair and nails.

Collagen’s rare amino acid hydroxyproline plays a primary role in the structure and maintenance of bone and connective tissue. This is why experts believe collagen protein can help maintain and support healthy joint function.

    Ephedra: Holding Strong

    Monday, May 3, 2010 @ 12:05 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

Ephedra has seen a lot of good and bad over the years. It has been banned and unbanned several times. Ephedra is currently on the market free and clear while ephedrine has certain restrictions.

There are many misconceptions about ephedra, its legality, function and benefits. There have been cases where people have taken too much or had specific allergic reactions and had undesirable effects. However, the numbers of people who have been extremely satisfied and have seen life changing results are exponential.

There are few things in life that do not carry some risk. But what the critics do not tell you is the main contributor to the adverse effects is over dosing. I’m not sure there are many things that reckless overdosing will not end in mishap. However, there are few ban’s on other OTC products and there are far more incidents with prescription meds and NSAID’s.

The largest killer of Americans is heart disease; the largest deterrent to heart disease is a healthy life style and healthy weight. Ephedra has been clinically proven to help control weight.

Diet and exercise alone do not always do the trick. Many people and athletes alike have looked to supplements to aid in the achievement of their goals and performance expectations.

Currently, there are many products on the market that offer various degrees of ephedra (ephedrine was the version banned by the FDA), but many of the businesses that carry supplements have chosen to not carry ephedra any longer. WorldClassNutrition.com brings you the proven ingredient in weight management and fat loss at prices that are unbeatable.

    History

    • Ephedra (also known as Ma Huang) has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 5,000 years, primarily as a stimulant and diuretic.
    • The primary active ingredient (ephedrine, later banned by the FDA) was isolated in 1887 and was introduced to the U.S. in 1924 as a decongestant and bronchodilator for asthma.
    • In the U.S. ephedra is used widely as a weight loss supplement, accounting for over 4% of herbal sales in this country. Much of this consumption is in the form of combination therapies which may not necessarily draw attention the fact that they contain ephedra.

    Most Studied Uses of Ephedra:

Weight loss, asthma, and nasal congestion due to URI’s and allergic rhinitis

    Other Common Ephedra Uses:

Athletic performance enhancer, recreational stimulant, “energy booster”

    Top Selling Products:

ThinQuik– 30mg of Ephedra as a starting ingredient, get ready for appetite control, hunger craving suppression, and a thermogenic fat burning experience like never before. ThinQuik is like no other dieting pill available!

Fire Starter–contains 30 mg of ephedra – 5 mg more than inferior ‘big name’ products. But the secret advantage to the Fire Starter formula is its time-release technology. Other fat burners give you a quick burst of energy, followed by a heavy crash. But the time-release technology in Fire Starter keeps your body in fat burning mode for hours and hours, without the crash.

Green Stinger–a maximum strength ephedrine product for ultimate weight loss results. Green Stinger is one of the ultimate diet pills with ephedra ever manufactured and still on the market. Each unique ingredient works perfectly together to help lose extra pounds and stubborn belly fat fast. Schwartz Labs has been a trusted source of quality supplements for years, so you know it works.

Myth Busting: Strength Training vs. Cardiovascular Training

    Tuesday, April 27, 2010 @ 01:04 PM
    posted by Leslie Rae

There are so many misconceptions out there as to the best way to lose fat, tone up, build muscle and get in shape. The debate on rather strength training is better than cardio has gone on for a long time! The tug of war between the two is nothing new, but completely unnecessary.

Strength training and cardiovascular training are not independent of each other. First off, let’s lay out some of the myths:

    • #1 Muscle turns into fat/fat turns into muscle
    • #2 You should lose the fat before you work on muscle tone
    • #3 The best way to get toned is to just do cardio
    • #4 Resistance training will make you ‘big’

#1 MYTH: Muscle Turns into Fat

Muscle and fat tissue are independent of each other and in no possible way interchangeable. You are just as likely to change the stripes on a zebra than you are to change fat into muscle or visa versa.

They are not just different tissues; their differences go down to the cellular make up. The structure of each tissues’ cells are very different and as a result, make up two different tissues.

Sometimes, when an individual decides to get in the gym and change their eating habits the result is loss of fat and muscle gain. Outsiders sometimes confuse this process and feed into the ‘fat turned into muscle’ bit…but perhaps more often is the reverse: Someone who used to be muscular and in shape, gives up the gym and clean diet and sadly becomes overweight.

I have heard, on several occasions, people comment about this less desired transition and say, “see what happens when you stop working out? Your muscle will turn into fat.”

Their body changed, that is no doubt. The individual may look bigger than a you would think for someone with a few extra pounds but that is because there is now more fat on top of the remaining muscle tissue, creating a ‘big’ physique.

#2 MYTH: You Should Lose the Fat Before You Work on Muscle Tone

This is a biggie, more so with women than men, but never-the-less affects many gym goers. Sometimes it is tied into the previous misconception, but does have some myth busting backing of its own.

In addition to muscle and fat tissue being different in composition, it is different in performance. Muscle tissue is highly active. It takes considerably more energy (calories) to maintain. Fat on the other hand, takes very little effort to maintain. This is where the saying muscle burns more calories than fat comes to light.

(on a side note…) Skinny fat is another example of this phenomenon. When someone is on a restrictive, low calorie diet, or is unable to get the adequate nutrition they need, their body is unable to maintain all the tissue in the body. As a result, it begins to break down the tissue that requires the most nutrients (muscle) and uses the nutrients in that tissue to maintain organ function and integrity. Since fat takes very little to maintain, the fat is untouched, and while you may be down to a smaller size, your body fat is still high.

(…back to the point) Doing cardiovascular workouts is the best way to directly ‘burn’ fat. However, resistance training supports fat loss too. Since muscle requires more energy (calories) than fat, having and maintaining more muscle will burn more calories and fat regardless is you are training or not.

Wayne Westcott, Ph.D., director of research at the South Shore YMCA in Quincy, Massachusetts, breaks it down like this: “For every 3 pounds of muscle you build, you’ll burn an extra 120 calories a day — just vegging — because muscle takes more energy to sustain. Over the course of a year, that’s about 10 pounds of fat [if you do not change your diet].”

You won’t just be burning more calories and fat, you will be building the foundation for what you will reveal after the excess fat is gone.

#3 MYTH: The Best Way to Get Toned is to Just do Cardio

Cardio will do very little for your muscles except reveal them. If you are trying to get a toned, tight look you can not achieve it with cardio alone. You have to train the muscles, under the fat, to develop something worth unveiling. Enough said.

#4 MYTH: Resistance Training Will Make You ‘Big’

If I had a peso for every time I heard a woman say she didn’t want to train because she didn’t want to get ‘big,’ I could retire in the Hamptons. Let’s make this super clear

YOU WILL NOT GET BIG OVER NIGHT

There is no way you are going to start training one day and stumble into a bodybuilder’s body the next! Some people do build muscle faster than others, but it doesn’t happen without their knowledge.

In order to build big muscles, you have to train for it. You have to lift heavy, and often, and supplement your diet with the products needed to fuel your goal. That said, train for your body and your goal. If you don’t build muscle easily than you can train with heavier weights and burn more calories without having to monitor your build. If you do build muscle easily, train with lighter weights and higher repetitions. If your body is developing too much, lower the weights and examine your routine and diet.

    Wrap It Up

I think a lot of people buy in to myths because it is easier; it offers an excuse to cut corners. Don’t cut corners. Use your head and feed the tissue you want to keep. If you want to keep the fat but get into a size 4, skip the gym and starve yourself. If you want to be a size 4 that looks good in a bikini, eat a clean moderated diet and combine cardio training with resistance training!
